Refunds & Exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase due to the size, colour, or the item is not how you expected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items to discuss your issues.

Little Birds Talk will replace the item, provide you with an alternative or refund the item value in full (excluding postal charges), only if the items for refund or exchange is unworn, unwashed, with original tags and its original packaging is intact and in the original condition.

If you receive the item damaged/faulty, we will happily replace the item or refund the items value. Any refunds given will be for the items total value (excluding postal charges).

Items returned to Little Birds Talk are at the expense of the purchaser, and must be returned within 21 days after receiving the item. You need to have made communication with us before returning any items so we can arrange a Return Slip.

Refunds will be administered after items are received in its original condition, the price of the item will be refunded, unfortunately, postage charges will not be refunded. Once we have received the returned item, please allow up to 14 days to complete the processing of the refund/exchange.

It is recommended that all items are returned through a tracked service, as we cannot process the refund/exchange on items that are lost during return shipment. 

Items which have been used and not in their original condition cannot be returned.
