SHIPPING

ORDERING

Unfortunately, Little Birds Talk do not send partial orders.

Orders are shipped through Australia Post, unless agreed otherwise between the parties (in which case, may incur extra fees).

Fees are as follows:

Domestic (within Australia) - $9.95

For International postage/shipping, please email us at shop@littlebirdstalk.com.au before placing your order.

We cannot guarantee delivery times. However, you should receive your delivery within 2-7 days after processed for shipping. We will send you the tracking number via email when your order has been confirmed. Please note, certain items will not receive a tracking number. So just sit tight, your parcel should be arriving soon.

You may be required to sign for your parcel but if you are not at the designated address when delivery is made you will be directed to the nearest post office for collection of your parcel.

We cannot guarantee any unforeseen circumstances such as lost goods, stolen, or late delivery. However, we would happily assist in following up lost parcels. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances as this is the actions of Australia Post.

DUTIES AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Prices do not include possible taxes and duties, which may apply to different countries. Customers are responsible for any foreign taxes, custom duties and other fees. For more information, please contact your local customs office. 

Please note that delivery times to international destinations may also be prolonged due to delays resulting from holiday periods or random customs checks, which is outside of our control.

ITEMS MISSING FROM AN ORDER

Should an item be missing from your order, please contact us with the order number and the item code or name of the Item you ordered, and we will investigate accordingly.

DAMAGED GOODS

We take great care in packaging and items rarely get damaged. But if any of your items do arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. At our discretion, we will either refund your purchase price (excluding postage charges) or send you replacement items for free. We require a picture of the damaged item as evidence.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If a package is returned to us marked undeliverable, we will contact you to organise re-delivery at your cost. If you do not respond, you will be returned the original purchase price, but not the postage charges.

We at Little Birds Talk make every attempt to accurately describe and provide photos of each item. Please keep in mind, with the items being individually handmade, what you receive may not look exactly as that in the photos. For example, placement of patterns may vary and measurements may give or take. Also, the calibration of colour on monitor screens may vary, which would affect the colours you see on your screen.

PURCHASES

You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional information in order for your order to be completed, in which time, you will be contacted via email.

You must enter the correct delivery address and instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Little Birds Talk is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. 

PRICING

All prices quoted on the website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST of 10%. We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the website from time to time and without notice to you.

Our prices do not include insurance or any secondary attempts to deliver ordered items to you.

DISCOUNTS

Discounts will not be applied if you do not enter the code at Checkout (unless otherwise stated).

PAYMENT

Little Birds Talk only accept payment for orders through Paypal, which enables transactions to be made via credit card and direct bank transfers securely. After you make payment for your order, you will receive a transaction confirmation email, which confirms receipt of your order.

If you are unable to pay within required time, please be sure to make contact with me so to make other arrangements. If no contact is made, I will make one (1) attempt to contact you and if no arrangement can be made, your purchase will be cancelled and the items re-listed.

PROCESSING OF ORDERS

Orders are processed on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in Victoria, Australia. If you purchase any of the items on a non-business day, your order will be processed the next business day.

Please allow at least 2 weeks on all "Custom Orders" and "Made to Order" items to be completed. These items will be noted in the item description. All "Custom Orders" and "Made to Order" items are added on a running list and are checked off as completed in a first-in first-served manner. If your order will take more than 2 weeks to be shipped, you will be notified via email.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Little Birds Talk may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the items subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
